The VST-AU Editor™ series products now make Activating your product online easy. Simply follow the Product Activation instructions in the software on first run, and you'll be up and running in no time. Product Activation requires that you have an internet connection available. Though, you may still activate the product on a computer that is not connected to the internet, online activation is the fastest and easiest way to activate your product.
Note that products can only be Activated and run on a single computer at a time. Once you have Activated this product on a computer, you cannot install and run it on another computer until you have successfully 'De-Activated' the product from the computer it was installed on.
Note - We review ALL Product Activations and Product De-activations to verify ownership and prevent fraud!
To Activate your product online, perform the Online Product Activation option on first run of the software. Simply type in your www.rekonaudio.com username and password and click the 'Activate' button. A successful log in will create your license and open the editor view automatically. If you are having issues logging in, please check that the rekonaudio.com account username and password are correct and the same as used to purchase the software!
To Activate your product offline, perform the Offline Product Activation option on first run of the software. This will provide you with a Product Activation Request Code that you can use to obtain a license online, using a different (online connected) computer. You will need to log in to your www.rekonaudio.com web account, then go to 'My Account/Downloads' and then select the product you wish to Activate offline. Enter the Product Activation Request Code from the previous step and you will receive a message notifying you of the Product Activation status. Once you receive a sucessful Product Activation status, you will be provided with an Activation Response Code. Copy this code to a usb drive or other media and place it in the proper folder on the offline system to complete the Activation of the software. If you are having issues logging in, please check that the rekonaudio.com account username and password are correct and the same as used to purchase the software!
To 'De-activate' your product so that you may update the software, use it on a different computer, or need to re-install it for any reason, you will need to first uninstall the software from your computer using the provided uninstaller application first. This will provide you with a De-Activation Code that you can enter on the web site to sucessfully De-Activate your software and therefore re-enable it for Re-Activation. You will need to log in to your www.rekonaudio.com web account, then go to 'My Account/Downloads' and then select the product you wish to De-Activate. Enter the De-Activation Code and you will receive a message notifying you of the De-Activation status. Once you receive a sucessful De-Activation status, you are free to perform the re-installation and Activation of the software.
In the event you cannot obtain a Product De-Activation Code due to the inabiity to run the uninstaller application, you will need to contact us to have us manually De-Activate the software license for you.
