We receive a lot of email requests asking how to set up the software, or how to use it in a certain DAW host, or why MIDI isn't being transmitted or received. In most all cases, you can solve any issues you may have by following the support documentation already provided under the 'Support' section of this web site.
If you have read through all materials and are still having issues using the software, or have found a bug, then personal Technical Support is available via our Help Desk Support system. To receive a Technical Support response, you must provide the information below along with your Support Ticket.
• Your full name
• Your Purchase Order number
• The product you need support for
• The platform you are licensed for (Mac or Windows)
• The audio card and MIDI device(s) you are using with the software
• The DAW host name and version number you are using the software with
• A concise description of the issue you are having with as much detail as possible
